USAID Funded Aphiaplus Western Kenya Zone One - Implementors

Our mission is focused on quality Improvement in Programs for Vulnerable Children. Dago Dala Hera CBO works with APHIA Plus Western Kenya to address the plight of orphans and vulnerable children in East Sakwa location. They are currently working with 3000 vulnerable children at the capacity of implementors.

Aldersgate United Methodist Church - Evansville Indiana

Our mission is to work for Health and Education with the people of Kenya. Our focus area in Dago village is to Support children and teachers in the Early Childhood Development (PreSchool) program, and building a new classroom for the youngest class of children in the program.

Bernard and Elsie Weiss Dago Scholarship Fund

Provide bright, needy students of Dago, Kenya with the opportunity for a high school education.

One Way Out Kenya - North Carolina

Our mission is to provide educational opportunities to orphaned and vulnerable children in rural Kenya through educational sponsorships, scholarships and the support of community, non-governmental schools.

Run for Hera Is a student organization at University of Evansville creating opportunities for campus family and students to engage and support the work of Friends of Dago in Kenya.

University of Southern Indiana - Indiana

The USI Men’s Rugby Club started in 1991, and are a 5-time Indiana state championship; Mid-Central Champion and National Championship qualifying team!  Have served the team since 2010 leading them to historic wins. I engage the students in a lot of community service work and leadership development opportunities.

University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill

Harambee is a swahili word meaning the coming together for a common good. This UNC-CH based club will fundraise and otherwise help create sustainable education opportunities for vulnerable and orphaned children in Kenyan villages.
