Higher education & changemaking

Challenge: Expand experiential innovation and entrepreneurship across campuses and communities.
Role: Social-impact and entrepreneurship leadership at the University of Evansville and Rollins College.
Delivered: Student venture development, changemaker challenges, experiential-learning programs, institutional planning, and faculty, community, and international partnership engagement.
Evidence: From 2013 to 2019, collaborative work at the University of Evansville and Rollins College supported more than 150 student ventures and projects and contributed to stronger pathways for moving ideas toward implementation.

AmeriCorps program leadership

Challenge: Build coordinated, compliant regional service delivery.
Role: AmeriCorps Program Director at Senior Resource Alliance from September 2021 to January 2023.
Delivered: Program infrastructure, member support, training, reporting, budgets, compliance, and partnerships.
Evidence: The program footprint included Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

YouthRoots / YouthScan

Challenge: Strengthen the systems, positioning, and sustainability around a youth-led insights platform.
Role: Strategic Capacity Partner & Business Innovation Advisor.
Delivered: Strategy execution, organizational systems, partnerships, sustainability, product packaging, and business-development thinking.
Evidence: YouthRoots has reported that YouthScan engaged more than 2,000 youth contributors; implementation and growth remain YouthRoots-led.

Patrick leads organizational strategy, program design, partnership development, and the pathway from sixth grade through one year after college.

Strategy & organizational consulting

Patrick supports mission-driven organizations navigating growth, change, strategic alignment, program development, operational challenges, and sustainability. A selected engagement is Community Connections Transportations (CCT), an Orlando-based provider of contracted transportation and paratransit solutions for older adults. Patrick’s consulting support has included business planning, market segmentation, service positioning, pricing, proposals, marketing presentations, and implementation planning for private and government markets, in collaboration with CCT and its affiliate partners.

Patrick has supported strategy execution, organizational systems, partnership development, sustainability, product packaging, and business-development thinking surrounding YouthScan. He serves as an advisor and strategic thought partner; implementation and organizational outcomes remain led by the YouthRoots team.

At READ USA, Patrick led multi-site AmeriCorps program operations, including recruitment, training, supervision, compliance, partner coordination, budgets, and performance reporting.
