A youth innovation and experiential-education organization helping young people transform ideas into practical solutions, ventures, and community-impact projects. Patrick leads organizational strategy, program design, partnership development, and the pathway from sixth grade through one year after college.

His work includes strategic planning, program and portfolio design, operational alignment, business models, partnerships, and implementation.
Patrick has supported strategy execution, organizational systems, partnership development, sustainability, product packaging, and business-development thinking surrounding YouthScan. He serves as an advisor and strategic thought partner; implementation and organizational outcomes remain led by the YouthRoots team.
Working alongside faculty, staff, students, and community partners, Patrick helped advance social innovation, entrepreneurship, experiential learning, competitions, international experiences, and institutional changemaking. More than 150 student ventures and projects were supported across this period.
Patrick’s program leadership has included grant-supported and AmeriCorps initiatives, people, partnerships, compliance, budgets, service delivery, and performance. At Senior Resource Alliance, his work supported programming across Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
A nonprofit registered in Indiana and based in Florida, connecting partners in the United States and Kenya around locally led priorities in education, health, economic empowerment, mentorship, environmental sustainability, and social development.
